1. Nature of Services

GETUSDONE ("the Platform") is a decentralized user interface that simplifies the process of interacting with the Solana blockchain. We provide tools to help users compose transactions for sending digital assets as gifts.

2. No Affiliation with Token Issuers

The Platform allows users to transfer various tokens, including but not limited to USD1 (World Liberty Financial).

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GETUSDONE and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• User Error: Sending funds to the wrong address, losing private keys, or typographical errors in recipient details.
• Blockchain Failures: Network congestion, high gas fees, failed transactions, or protocol-level exploits on the Solana network.
• Third-Party Services: Failures, bugs, or downtime associated with your wallet provider (e.g., Phantom, Solflare) or RPC nodes.
• Regulatory Actions: Any government inquiry, investigation, or action that affects the availability of the Platform.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are of legal age and capacity to agree to these Terms.
• You are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where the use of this Platform is prohibited by law.
• You will verify all transaction details (Recipient Address, Amount, Token Type) independently before signing any transaction.
• You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible.

5. No Financial Advice

The content, charts, market data, and tools provided on this Platform are for informational and operational purposes only. Nothing herein constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should conduct your own due diligence and consult with a qualified professional before making any financial decisions regarding digital assets.

6. Beta Availability

The Platform is currently in a "Beta" phase. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, bug-free, or available at all times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GETUSDONE and its developers from and against any claims, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including, but not limited to, attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.

8. Tax Obligations

You are solely responsible for determining what, if any, taxes apply to your crypto gifts. This includes:

• Reporting any capital gains triggered by disposing of (gifting) an asset.
• Adhering to Gift Tax limits or reporting requirements in your jurisdiction (e.g., IRS Form 709 in the US).
• Understanding that the recipient may inherit your cost basis in certain jurisdictions.

GETUSDONE does not collect, report, or withhold taxes on your behalf.

9. Compliance & Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Platform for any illicit activity, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, or evading sanctions. You confirm that neither you nor the recipient are on any trade or economic sanctions lists, such as the UN Security Council Sanctions list or the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction, e.g., the State of Wyoming, USA], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
